As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to mark a decade of Deakin’s Centre for Research for Educational Impact (REDI) driving meaningful change in education through research, collaboration and innovation.
Over the past 10 years, our members have:
- Led hundreds of research projects shaping educational policy and practice.
- Published 129 books, over 790 book chapters and thousands of journal articles.
- Partnered with schools, communities, and global networks to amplify impact.
In 2025 for the subject of Education, Deakin was ranked as follows:

5 out of 29 in Australia and 50 in the world in the QS Universities Rankings
- 7 out of 36 in Australia and 70 in the world in the Times Higher Education rankings.
